Day two of shop my home week over here, and boy are we having fun! Today, I just had to share my daughter’s sweet vintage-boho-chic nursery with you.
Why so many identities you ask?
Why not?
This room has changed so many times since we brought my daughter home from the hospital. It started with bright, vibrant colors.
I honestly blame the hormones because I have no idea who that person was that decorated in such bold colors and prints. If you’ve taken a look around my home, you’ve seen color, but it’s all much softer and more muted… not in your face.
Totally the hormones.
But anyways a couple of months into my daughter’s sweet little vibrant life, and I realized the room was just not right. So I took it upon myself to slowly and intentionally transform this space into the vintage-boho-chic space it is!
A lot of that came from thrifting and pulling pieces together. Lots of old mixed with new. And a whole lot of tassels, ruffles, and fringe.
So much of what you see in this space did come from thrift stores, but I will share a few stand out pieces with you that have totally pulled the room together.

VINTAGE BOHO CHIC NURSERY DECOR THAT WILL MAKE YOU SWOON
First things first, don’t ask me why I have so many pillows on the floor… they’re cozy. That’s all that really matters.
Also I have two littles so if anything is going to sit on the floor, it’s going to be something that simply won’t break like these pillows.
Pillows
But speaking of these pillows, they’re incredibly amazing, aren’t they? They totally pull in the vintage boho vibe that is this room, and these pretty muted patterns and colors are to die for!
They’re from Cloth + Cabin — one of my favorite small shops where you can find both clothing and home decor — and I might just have to snag a couple more while they’re in stock!
Here is that large pretty pink Lauren Fringe Pillow…
And here is that gorgeous Eliza Distressed Print Lumbar Pillow…
The best part about these?

THROW
And speaking of Cloth + Cabin, did I mention that pretty Finley Knit Ruffle Throw is from there as well?
Well it is!
I mean, if it doesn’t add the perfect girly flair to this space, then I don’t know what does!
My code ISH10 can save you 10% on this beauty too!
RUG
A good rug can totally transform a room, and this gorgeous Thorsby Rug from Boutique Rugs is no exception!
We adore all the colors and patterns in here.
It gives me that pop of subtly bold colors that I guess I somehow wanted with the first rendition of this room but with the vintage goodness you know I know and love.
BEDDING
As for the crib bedding, we actually went neutral when we had our first daughter and just reused her bedding this time around too!
It’s subtle, timeless, and style-neutral, so we are hoping it will continue to stand the test of time!
It’s from Restoration Hardware Baby & Child!
**Make sure you talk to your pediatrician before using a bumper in your child’s crib as it can be a suffocation hazard. We used this once our girls were old enough to move around, roll over, and no longer at risk for suffocation.
And here’s the matching crib skirt.
They use the perfect shade of soft, subtle pink!
CURTAINS
I wish I could find these curtains for you! They’re a soft vintage floral print that flow so nicely, but they’re several years old now and no longer available!
That said, Restoration Hardware still uses the same shade of pink and has a variety of cute styles to choose from!
