Between working on my computer all day, engaging on Instagram all afternoon, and catching up on all the rest in the evenings, I had been noticing that my eyes were getting really strained.
I assumed I was just tired, but then I realized one thing I hadn’t thought much about – blue light.
Too much blue light can damage your eyes, create eye fatigue, and lead to headaches, among other issues.
So I figured it had to be worth tryout out some blue light glasses to see if it helped, and boy did it!

Originally, I planned to send one back depending on which I liked better on my face, but I ended up keeping them both in separate locations so I never forget to wear them when I’m in front of a screen!
