A SIMPLE GOLDEN MILK LATTE TO HELP BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM AND SOOTHE YOUR MIND
I’m telling you this is super simple! All you have to do is grab a medium-size saucepan, some coconut milk, and a few spices!
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 3-4 tsp honey
Simply add your ingredients to the saucepan and heat on medium until the mixture is heated through.
Split mixture into 2 mugs.
If you’re feeling extra fancy, grab a frother and add a little foam!
